It is beautiful place with impressive temples. Free visiting once you have paid for the [Bhaktapur ticket]. If you climb the stairs of the higher temple you have a beautiful view. Pleasant cafe in one of the old buildings. Good shops around, but need to negotiate stiffly. Spend time here, but also wander through the many narrow streets around the square and elsewhere!
